Louis Kang starts new faculty position at RIKEN

We are proud to announce that Louis Kang has finished his Miller Fellowship at UC Berkeley and is now a principal investigator at RIKEN’s Center for Brain Science in Japan.

RIKEN is Japan’s largest multidisciplinary scientific research institute and funds research spanning a wide range of basic science and applications. At the Center for Brain Science, Louis is now the leader of the Neural Circuits and Computations Unit. He will be studying how computations in hippocampal circuits produce memory.
